Never received Amazon Gift Card

I signed up for service in December with $50 Amazon eGift gift card promo. Everywhere on the site/app says it’ll be emailed to me in 1-2 days, but I never received an email. It also said my eligibility was 4/30 which has now passed but I still not received anything in my email. Please help.
