New Construction- Address Not displayed for placing order

Hi,

My builder has already informed me that Verizon Fios exist in my new home and also my neighbors already have Verizon Fios internet. The question is, I am not able to find my newly constructed home address in Verizon Fios and due to this, I cannot order the services to be installed.

I tried calling Customer service however no luck- I asked them to connect with engineering department however they said it cannot be done.

Can anyone assist/help me in letting me know the process?
