New Customer Fios - Never Received Order Confirmation or Receipt

I'm a new Verizon Fios Gigabit Internet customer and completed my installation service date request/credit check/payment setup yesterday. When it completed, I was given an order number on the top half of the website, but the bottom half of the confirmation page showed an error message. I also never received an order confirmation/receipt by email or by text (I checked junk/spam folder and etc); the error message and the lack of order confirmation email made me worried that my order was misprocessed. 

It's been more than 24 hours since I placed my order and I tried checking for order status or registering with the order #, and both attempts led to error messages on Verizon's website. 

Can someone help me with this? Thanks
