I'm a new customer who is getting an install on monday. I'm switching to Verizon during this time because my current provider isn't able support work from home demands and am starting to get concerned that I may be left without internet connection if things keep progressing. Are installs guaranteed?

I would say that nothing is guaranteed, but according to Verizon they are still servicing customers.
