I had a D-Link modem with the USB port and a 40gig hard drive. The tech just came today and switched out with an ActionTech modem. I plugged the USB drive in the USB port on the modem and the drive, Z:, shows but it won't read it or access it. It says path wasn't found, connection has not been restored.
How do I get this new modem to read the USB drive? Appreciate all helps. Jack ":-D
