I created a new request for Verizon Fios after moving apartments and it seems to be on hold indefinitely.
"We're reviewing the information you sent and we'll be reaching out soon."
It previously asked for address verification, which I already uploaded. I'm not sure what else I need to do to have internet in my apartment. Any help would be appreciated.
