Currently moving into a new build home on a street with existing Fios.

of course the address is not listed in the database and was told it needed to be added and a fast ticket was created

i have not heard any further information and when I call back to customer service I get run around of who to get in contact about this

any information of someone to contact would be appreciated as I work from home and need internet asap
