I am having the same issue as some other users. How can I get my address into Verizon database?
I have a two new construction homes and I've been trying to install Fios internet but I keep getting the run around from representatives. They will not update my address in the database.
I live next door to the new homes and have Fios. Everyone in my neighborhood of 350+ homes has Fios and these are the last two homes to be built.
Has anyone had any success getting their new construction on the map for Verizon? They won’t even submit a ticket.
