I signed up with a Fios promotion that includes Amazon Prime and Echo back in November 2018. The link in the email that comes to redeem your echo goes to your account but there's no option to redeem. I've spoken with many reps for the past week and I've been shuffled around without answers. I'm at the point ready to cancel my subscription with Verizon FIOS. I can't get help from anyone. Can someon please help me!!!
