Have had no internet for over a week. Phone line works fine. DSL light on modem is good, but no connection. Have tried two different modems. No connection. Doing all this on my ATT phone.
On Verizon website I got "we see a problem with your internet" when I click the troubleshoot link, I get a blank page. Have tried many other support links on website but most lead to error messages.
Finally got someone on the phone (India) who gave me a ticket number. Said I would be contacted in 48 hrs. Thee days later. Nothing.
I'm stuck at home with no internet. Can't work. Can't stream. Can't get any help. So, what am I paying for? Anyone have suggestions?
