My internet has been down since Saturday. Made a call to tech support on Sunday and he said my area was experiencing an outage. He had me try a few things anyway, including rebooting, etc. He also checked my phone line which was fine. My modem lights come on except for the internet one, which on occasion turns red. Since tech guy couldn't help me, he said to wait 24-48 hours before trying to log on again. I tried last night but no luck. Anyone experiencing this same problem? Someone help me, please!
