No power to my 5G Internet Gateway

I have had my 5G Home Internet for a few months and it has been working great until yesterday. It shut off around noon and now there is no power to the modem. I have unplugged everything and replugged it back in and still no power, no lights, thus no wifi. Any suggestions on why the modem just died.

Is there power in the power outlet?
If so, did you smell anything burning?

This has happened to me twice now. The first time it was dead for almost a week and then magically powered up. The second time, it had no power for almost 12 hrs. Now it’s back on and working just fine. Spoke with Verizon on the phone and through chat with no explanation or solution. I just left box plugged in and waited for a miracle and it happened. Very strange
