its been almost 4 months and I have not received email to redeem prime membership. Agent said that my window to redeem the same has expired but I have not got any communication or email for that.

Read the above link. Then file with your states Attorney Generals Office in your state via google search. Tell them what the Pennsylvania AG has done.
