Hello, the office I work in is paying $200+ a month for gigabit internet service but only gets 55 mbps down and 56 mbps up (on a daily basis and it does not seem to go anywhere past 70 mbps on the down side). We want to be getting the service that we are paying for but unfortunately verizons tech support has been no help. Also verizons own speed testing site won't work but all the other speed testing sites will which I find kind of odd. All I want is for this office to have better internet because at times the upload speed goes all the way down to 0.01-0.08 and it affect our IP phones and how fast we are able to work for our customers,
