My internet randomly stopped working last night, went through standard procedures like hard resetting the router on my Fios router, power cycling it, power cycling and manual resetting the ont box to no avail. I then connected my laptop straight through Ethernet to the ont box instead of connecting it to the router and still no connection. I unplugged and replugged in the lines 1 and 2 cables, what I think is the coax cable, and all the disconnect able cables in the box and still have no internet. The ont box status led is green but the router is always solid yellow. No chat rep could help me and I need to fix it asap, a technician can’t come in till later so I would appreciate some insight from others here.

Are the NWRK and MGMT lights lit green on the ONT? FAIL is not lit red, correct?
Depending on the ONT, you should have a 10/100/1000 light and/or a "DATA" light. Do any of these light up when your Ethernet cable is connected?
