I recently ordered a verizon Fios internet plan. It says my order is processing but, there is no way to track my router shipment. The estimated delivery date is 8/15/24 however, I have not received any other information. Additionally, on my account it says “we are currently experiencing issues processing your request. Please try your request at a later time” where there should be a personal video for installment instructions. I received a order confirmation email but, nothing else. Can someone explain what is going on?
