Order on Hold

Ordered Verizon Fios about two weeks ago, and the order is still on hold. I am moving within this upcoming week, and I am worried that I will not have internet access. I uploaded all relevant documents when I ordered Fios two weeks ago. What is the best way to take action?

Call 1-800-VERIZON 

they should be able to sort it out. If you ordered online it would have given particulars in a few emails as to just when and what you were going to get and when.

i don’t know what you had to upload? Normally just a credit check, and deposit required for those who have no credit or little credit.
