Order on hold

My move in date is approaching soon (June 21st), but my Verizon Fios order has been on hold even after uploading my proof of residency a while ago.

Does anyone know how to resolve this? Since there are only 2-3 working days left until June 21st, I'm concerned that I will not have my internet setup in time while also being billed for it.
