Service installed yesterday and was working great until this afternoon then no service. Isolated incident only impacting me. Followed troubleshooting steps, no help. Been on hold with support, no answer. Have a service call for Monday but need internet for work today through the weekend. I deal with confidential info with clients and can’t be in the pubic or around others during work. Any ideas on how to expedite getting help? Is this normal less than 24 hours of getting service?
