Have been without internet since 10/8 due to Verizon outage. Estimated restoration time changed numerous times and now going on 8 days without resolution or wifi. Every ticket/person i speak to has a different answer and is unable to verify what exactly the root cause is or why a technician hasn’t been out to fix it. If anyone knows how to get this escalated and a real answer let me know.
