Packet Loss from World of Warships

Hi,

I'm trying to play the game using the Verizon Bundle and I see packet losses when playing the game. I contacted WarGaming who is the publisher/developer, and they state that the packet loss is not on their side, but on your side.

Using PingPlotter, I noticed that the majority of the losses are coming from the nodes.

63-218-235-33.static.as3491.net: 63.218.235.33

BE42.br06.chc01.as3491.net: 63.218.4.190

Is there anything that can be done to have this issue resolved? I have noticed this issue for a couple of months now but today has been pretty severe in terms of packet loss.
