Parental Controls and lost password

My son has a laptop and I installed the paretnal controls on. I had the same pass word for a long time and I changed due I thought he may have know what it was and know the password that I thought I had used is not working at all.

So how do I reset the password?

#1 Where / with what - did you set the parental controls?

a) In the router? If so, which router?

b) On the computer with Windows Live Family Safety

on the computer. It is the parental controls that verizon offers with there web service. It is Verizon Internet security suite. I just can't find out out how to reset the password

ok I did the download and it sill had not gotten rid of the password, I will go back and try again

ok it worked but now it is telling me that my verizon email or password is wrong, why would that be?

I do not know.

If you need to reset that..

#1 Go to http://www22.verizon.com/

#2 From the support option, click repair.

#3 From the choices, select DSL.

#4 Click on "Forgot Verizon Online User Name." OR click on "Change/Forgot Verizon Online Password"
