Pathetic Customer Service - Waiting for 6 hrs and counting to get my new order installed

Person named Daryll was supposed to be in home at 8 AM to install my new order. No one contacted, by phone or by mail, to inform me of the delay. when i called the customer care service by noon, they said someone will be at my home by 1:30. No one showed up. I called again and they said same person named Daryll will come in 30 minutes. I am still waiting for someone to respond or come to my home for installation. This is a pathetic customer service.
