Port 443 cannot be blocked

Hi, I am trying to put in a port forwarding rule on my Verizon router for port 443 on TCP protocol TCP to however when I try and do this I get an input error(Original Port: Port 443 cannot be blocked). I can not find anything on the internet about this error, any help would be appreciated
