Previous Tenant had Fios but I can't find APT number

Hi, my new apartment complex is pre-wired for Fios, and the previous tenant had it. My new apartment has the Fios box already there. But when I try to sign up, it says unavailable at my unit number. Any idea why? How can I sign up?
