Proof of Residency - NYC Corporate Store?

Hey everyone, like a lot of others I'm having trouble uploading the Proof of Residency. One customer service agent told me it should be fine, another said email _midas but I didn't get a reply. I was wondering if anyone's had better luck with this? 

Also, are there any corporate stores I can visit to just resolve this? My landlord is moving out June 30th, and my service should start either July 1st or 2nd, but the email I'm getting is: Another customer is currently receiving service at the address you provided. Before we can complete your order, we will need to arrange to have their services disconnected. 

Somebody please help, this has been so frustrating
