Was there a recent update to the Quantum Gateway firmware? I recently had a full outage on internet connectivity and called Verizon support to get it working, which they did on first try. As a result of this outage, I reset my gateway to factory settings, but at least two devices that previously connected successfully are no longer able to connect (a Sony PSP and a Samsung BluRay player). The default security settings are in place for both 2.4 and 5.0 GHz and that is essentially the same as what was in place before the outage this week. Many other devices have connected to both the 2.4 and 5.0 ranges, as well as the guest network.
What version does your router have?
UI is 1.0.149 and Firmware is 0.26.42.
