Question bout the new Fios speed that might come.

If you are on FiOS faster speeds, they will come. Pricing has not been announced.

Press Release posted May 30th, said pricing will be announced next month. So next month is here. When it does not say.

If it does not come from Verizon in an official announcement, I believe it is just rumors and hear say. But other sites have posted some guesses as to when the dates will be.

I'm not sure if the responders understand the question posed by the OP.  The OP is asking, when the new tiers go live, will his or her 25/25 automatically become 50/25.

For example, I'm on 25/25 too.  Supposedly the new tiers go live on Sunday, June 17.  When I wake up on the 17th of June, and do a speed test, will I have 50/25?  Or do I need to call in and get on a new tier/plan/etc?

I believe the question is understood, but no one has announced the upgrade terms, if the speeds will change to the new tiers, or what the costs will be. If someone is saying a specific date, then I suspect the terms of the change will be announced prior to that date. But who knows, it could be announced after that date. We are all waiting for that news. I am at 35/35, and it would be nice to wake up at some point and see 75/35, but as I stated, I have not seen any of those terms of service announced at this time. So everyone is guessing right now at what might happen. We just need to wait and see. I would like to know, just like everyone else.
