Reboot router to remove channel interference

I have the G3100 router with gig connection and I also just set up the wi-fi extender from Verizon. Every time  I run the wi-fi analyzer it tells me to reboot router to remove channel interference. So I reboot the router and as soon as its up and running again it says reboot to remove channel interference.  I'm not really sure what I can or should do as I'm not the most tech savy guy. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

As long as your G3100 and E3200 delivers 800Mbps+ on WiFi 6, there's nothing to worry about in terms of interference.
