Recent slow Internet speeds

I upgraded to Quatum Internet a few weeks ago and my connectivity speed was great at first, but over the last few days I am experiencing very slow speeds even though I am wired directly to the router. I have already re-booted the router several times along with my laptop but the speed is still not where is was when I first switched. I am beginning to think that the switch to Quantum wasn't worth the cost. Anyone else having issues with speed over the last few days? Any suggestions?

For whatever it's worth (or isn't), I've never had a speed slowdown in the years I've been a FiOS subscriber.

What part of the country are you located in?  And are you testing your speeds using the Verizon speed test?

And how slow is "very slow?"
