A couple of weeks ago, some apps and sites would stop loading while other things worked just fine. At that time, I did a chat with support who "ran some commands" and fixed it. This morning the same exact problem came back with the same sites not loading. So I did a chat session again but this time the chat session crashed in the middle of a tech "running commands" and now not only do the same sites/apps don't work, but now my Roku TVs can't connect to the internet (they were working up until now). I'm on hold with phone support now but this isn't great. I tried reducing the MTUs of my router the last time and that did nothing so I doubt that's the issue this time. Anyone seen this before?
