i have had verizon fios for 18 years and works great.
yesterday a verizon tech changed my ont power supply and increased my speed to 300mps
since 3/18/24( yesterdays service change) i have had multiple intermittent outages
usually the outage last about a minute then reconnects.
during the verizon service no other equipment was changed.
no new router and no cable change.
verizon service on the phone was no help, they read questions off a script and attempt
to blame the customer. this is a very bad way to treat A LOYAL 18YR CUSTOMER.
