Redemption link not working

I'm starting to think that all this "offer" it is just a scam....

How is possible that more than 20 users have the exact same issue (and counting), and still had no solution to that know issue ...... very suspicious

i'm user 21 who already received the "email with the link" that hasn't worked.  Been in the online chat 35 minutes, transferred 3 times to different "Verizon's specialist" and they all coincide that they can't do anything else, that is beyond their knowledge what is happening to that link and that they are going to escalate to a superior level....

i'm about to believe that Verizon just want to exhaust their client's patience and let them pass the 60 days deadline to avoid honoring the offer. I'll be waiting if what they say is true on the 3rd chat.....
