Hi,
I am in a new construction process and tried to put in a ticket to have access to my new construction home. I was told by engineering that service was refused with no plans.
I have checked the FCC website to my block and my neighbors all have Fios access.
Why is Verizon refusing to service my one home on this block?

Is your address in their system? Do you currently have a postal address at the location? Have you tried asking for an address verification? It possible the only problem is the address isn't in their system.

If you don't currently have a postal address, I'd start by asking Verizon for an address verification.
