Request Adding ONT For New Service In Basement Apartment?

Hi,

I have a rental property where my tenants on floor 1 and floor 2 have Verizon Fios internet/cable TV service.  However, when I search for my rental property address it doesn't show I can add any service to the basement apartment.  

I'll be moving into the basement apartment and would like to have my own Verizon Fios internet/cable TV service.  When I reach out to Verizon they tell me that service isn't available currently but that doesn't make sense to me because my tenants already have and use the Verizon Fios service.

I'm guessing they don't have the basement apartment listed in their system, would I be able to request Verizon to add another ONT fiber box to my property this way I could have separate internet/cable TV service in the basement apartment?
