I tried on the phone to reach you for an hour! I was HUNG UP ON 3 TIMES.

Please get InTouch with me to reschedule.

My appointment was for tomorrow 9-12.

If you do not contact me I WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE FOR THE APPOINTMENT!!! and your tech will have wasted a trip.

You have to work really hard to get customer service this bad.
