Hi,  

What’s this?  > “Reward status: On hold

Your reward is currently on hold because of a past due balance. In order to receive your reward, your past due bill must be paid in full. Refer to your latest Verizon bill for your past due balance.”                                                                                                                   

How is it even possible that I have a past due bill? I am a first time Verizon customer and I am on auto payment and you are regularly deducting $80 bucks every month from my checking account.

Your chat support is useless. Noone shows up even after half an hour the chat window is opened.  I don't have time to call in. 

Can you just check the details and send the rewards visa card?
