Hi All
I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment regarding the ongoing issues I’ve encountered while trying to access the Verizon gift cards that was promised to me during the signup process. It has been extremely difficult and time-consuming to claim the gift card, despite contacting multiple Verizon teams and chatting with them and calling them for the past 2 months and more. The process has been unclear, unreliable, and unprofessional—far from the level of service I expected from a company of Verizon’s reputation. During the time of sign-up, multiple promotional offers and benefits were highlighted, including this gift cards. However, the lack of follow-through on these commitments feels misleading and unacceptable.I have now been asked to connect with some third party vendor that manages this. Why should we contact a third party? This needs to be fixed.
