In moving furniture around, I just ripped this sucker clean off the wall. The cable that goes outside didn't come out of the port but the cable that runs inside got disconnected. Sure enough, trying to reconnect it and nothing, the wifi + cable is gone and the ONT has a red light next to FAIL. Router stays with a green dot. Is this a cable I can replace or do I need to get to work on scheduling a tech visit?
