My elderly mother lost her Verizon service and there is no way to report it. Verizon's email is not working without Key Numbers and Passwords which she does not have and nobody answers their phones. Chat puts you through to bots which don't work. Can someone direct me to the New York State Public Service Commission or advise me how I can terminate service? Or do I just stop paying and Verizon's equipment in the garbage? I think I need a different Carrier. This is a safety issue for my Mom and Verizon obviously has given up on maintaining wired service.
