We have very poor service at our home. We have dealt with this for a couple of years but the home was a second home. Now we are living there most the time.

This will probably have to be escalated to a Verizon agent (as we are just fellow Verizon subscribers), but can you give more specifics about your service's issues? Is the service stable but slow? Is the service fast when it's up but goes out a lot? Is it both unstable and slow? Have you tried resetting the router? Have you tried the customer support line/bot?
