Services Disconnected Early

I called Verizon on 10/18/2023 to cancel my move order/installation on 10/20/2023 and to cancel ALL services starting 10/23/2023. The representative was able to put in a request to cancel my services on 10/23/2023 but never canceled the move order/installation. Instead, it looks like my move order was moved to the latest time slot available on 10/20/2023. My services at my current address has been disconnected and I work from home. I still have to pay a full month all for my services to be prematurely disconnected. I spoke with tech reps and customer services reps and absolutely no one, all the way up to supervisor/management, has been able to assist me in this situation. This entire situation is unacceptable and inconveniencing.
