I replaced our CR1000A router with a Unifi Cloud Gateway Max. I have a MOCA adapter sending signal into the splitter. For the first day, it worked just fine, but now the channel add-ons for our Fios One STB are not working. Nearly all channels say we aren’t subscribed to them. The main box is hooked directly to COAX and I tried using a MOCA adapter on there to use ethernet but the same issue persists even with ethernet.
I can technically plug a short cable from the the Cloud Gateway Max to the CR1000A and then use that as the COAX adapter, but I wanted to avoid running two routers as it seemed to be causing a network loop (spanning tree) error.
