I have very slow page loading over FIOS internet. Here is a traceroute from my computer to community.verizon.com:

You can see all the nodes with "No Response". I assume these have a timeout and that is delaying the next hop, which in turns delays the whole page loading.
What is going on here and how can I fix it.
