Slow Router to ethernet NIC speeds (Router to Server is 1Gb/s fine)

SERVICE: 1 Gbps Verizon Fios fiber to ONT, with Verizon G3100 router connected to an ethernet 1000/100/10 switch.

Sometime in the past 2 months several of the wired (Ethernet connected) devices (Windows 10 PC, two Samsung TVs, iPad Pro on ethernet NIC, etc) have seen speed test drop from 9##+ mbps up/down to maybe at best 95 mbps up/down.

IPv6 is disabled on my G3100 router

I don't see any posts related to this specific issue (everything seems to be pointed at IPv6 Checksums or Offload Large frame settings). This is an IPv4 only NIC....

It WAS working perfect until about the last 1-2 months.
