Slow connection, Central NJ (August, 2011)

It started being slow a couple days ago.  I was wondering whether it was on my end or Verizon's.

I ran a Tracert to Verizon.net and pasted the results into a document, if that's needed.

Any ideas?  Thanks in advance.

Router arrived.  But I didn't have time to hook it up.

On a side note, my program guide wasn't working again last night and internet was still crappy.

Hopefully, router gets installed tonight.

I have a feeling your issue was unrelated to the issue I was seeing. My connection only dropped below 16Mbit/s (in speed tests once every 15 minutes) once since 00:00 08/22. Before then I was lucky to get 1Mbit/s.

i had my full internet last night, but then this morning, itsback down to about 3 mbps, what the hell? ๐Ÿ˜ž
