Here is a quick question. I have an Asus router, that is connected to the LAN port of the Verizon Router
Asus router has static IP for the WAN 192.168.7.1.
Asus LAN is 192.168.5.0/24
Verizon CR1000A LAN 192.168.7.50 - .75
On the Verizon router I have a Static Route.
Destination 192.168.5.0
Gateway 192.168.7.1
Netmask 255.255.255.0
Metric 1
Status Applied.
When I try to access
Well, if connected to the Verizon router through Wi-Fi and I try to access anything on the 192.168.5.0/24 I timeout. I have several servers connected to the Asus router. I even set up a port forwarding on the Asus router to point to a particular service on the Asus LAN - no luck! Has anybody set up the static route to work? Any help will be appreciated...
