Still Waiting for Resolution – Fios Reward Not As Promised (Meta Quest 3)

I’m following up here because I have not received a response to my private message and this issue is still unresolved.
When I signed up for Fios Home Internet, I was clearly told — through a Verizon chat representative — that I would be eligible to choose between a Samsung 43” TV and a Meta Quest 3 after 60 days of service. This offer was a major reason I decided to switch to Verizon from another provider.
After installation, both reward items were shown on my redemption page, confirming that both were part of my promotion. But once I became eligible to redeem, only the Samsung TV option remained. The Meta Quest 3 simply disappeared without explanation.
I reached out via chat and was told the Samsung TV was “pre-selected,” which contradicts what I was originally told. The agent acknowledged a miscommunication but offered no resolution other than to accept the TV. I made my decision based on a promised choice, and I would like Verizon to honor that.
I provided details via private message, including that my order was placed online via chat with a representative who confirmed my eligibility for a selection between the two rewards.
I am now asking again:
Can someone from the Verizon team please follow up with me and resolve this issue?
I am requesting to receive the Meta Quest 3 as originally offered and agreed upon.
