Hello; I’m very upset with Verizon , I applied to get Fios set up in my new place . I applied March 6 they delivered the internet router March 7 but I was not able to move into my new place until March 8 . Instead of Verizon telling me when they was actually mailing the router out to me they just mailed it just to the new address that I was not in yet & somebody stole the package that was in front of my door before I moved in . Yes I already went through UPS about this & they have proof that they left the package on my doorstep BUT I DO NOT HAVE THE ITEM HERE WITH ME so now Verizon is charging me $115 for something I NEVER GOT NOR TOUCHED . It’s not right & that’s not how your suppose to treat your customers. This is not great customer services at all & now I’m ready to switch mobile companies cause Verizon is just doing the absolute most .
