I dont know if anyone has any experience with this. My company paid for a fios line to be installed in my home office. I already had fios internet, but it was a requirement to have a separate line. A tech had to come and install a larger box outside and run a new line. Now the company is phasing out paying for internet lines and we are all expected to just use our residential internet. I would rather keep and pay for the line that was installed. Is there a way to do that? Is there someone I can speak to besides customer service who know nothing. (I have tried that route)
